We collected relevant data and research on competitors in the market, best practices, and aligned it with internal feedback and data to map out a differentiated strategic plan for global leaders to implement. We also allocated time for global leaders to work in small teams and supported them as a thinking partner to map out what implementation would look like for each of their teams while maintaining alignment with the company’s overall DEI goals.

This client launched an Affinity Group program without a full DEI team or DEI strategy and needed supported building structure, vision, and aligning to a company-wide DEI plan.

Process and Solution

We provided triage support to Affinity Group (AG) leaders and key players in leadership to mitigate problems with communication and structure.

Provided direct coaching support to help AG leaders with programming and professional development. 

Created guidelines, recruitment strategy, onboarding support, and professional development training for the AG program

Supported the search for permanent AG Manager and collaborated to fine-tune structure, vision, and strategic plan for AG program
